Information you choose to provide

If you contact Hoyack or book through Calendly, the information you submit is handled by Hoyack and the service you use. Calendly has its own privacy terms. We use inquiry information to respond, qualify fit, schedule conversations, and maintain necessary business records.

Basic measurement

We may use privacy-respecting aggregate analytics to understand page visits and call-to-action use. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through this site.

Retention and requests

Inquiry records are retained only as needed for the business relationship, security, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. To request access, correction, or deletion, email privacy@hoyack.com.

Security and changes

No online service is risk-free. We use reasonable safeguards and will update this notice when our practices materially change.
